User Content
(a) User Content License: By submitting, posting, or uploading any content on the App, you grant Sweetheart Game Mobile a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, publicly display, and publicly perform the content in connection with the App and Sweetheart Game Mobile's business.
(b) Prohibited Content: You agree not to submit, post, or upload any content that:
•Infringes upon any third party's intellectual property rights.
•Violates any applicable laws or regulations.
•Contains viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
•It is false, misleading, or deceptive.
•Harass, threatens or incite violence against others.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
Disclaimer
The App and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". Sweetheart Game Mobile makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and with this, disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
Changes to the Terms
Sweetheart Game Mobile reserves the right to update or modify these Terms without prior notice. Your continued use of the App after any modifications to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
